This Privacy Policy explains how Enthusiast Place Co., Ltd. (บริษัท เอ็นธูเซียสต์ เพลส จำกัด, company registration no. 0835568026290, 89/2 Moo 4, Si Sunthon, Thalang, Phuket 83110, Thailand — "Enthusiast Place", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our studio, book a session, rent equipment, take a lesson, attend an event or contact us. We act as the data controller under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand ("PDPA").

1. What data we collect

• Identity and contact details: name, nickname, phone number, e-mail, messenger and social media handles (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook), preferred language.
• Booking and service details: studio and DJ booth sessions, lessons, equipment rentals (items, dates, delivery address, event location), quotes, invoices and receipts, your requests and our correspondence with you.
• Identity documents: for equipment rentals we may ask for a copy of a passport or ID card to secure the equipment. We keep it only for the rental and limit access to it.
• Payment details: amounts, dates and method of payment, bank transfer slips. Card and PromptPay payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Website and advertising data: pages visited and actions on our website and booking pages, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel.
• Photos and video: our sessions and events (for example HKT Sessions, Open Doors, parties) may be photographed or filmed for our portfolio and social media. See section 6.

We collect this data from you directly (when you book, write to us, pay or visit), from our booking and messaging tools (cal.com, WhatsApp, Instagram, our CRM), from payment providers and, for advertising measurement, from Meta.

3. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:

• Service providers acting on our behalf: Kommo (customer messaging and CRM), cal.com (online booking), Stripe (online payments), Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, advertising and Conversions API), Google (e-mail and file storage), Vercel and Neon (hosting of our booking system), Telegram (staff notifications).
• Our accountant and bank (Kasikornbank), for accounting and payments.
• Artists, curators and partners involved in your booking, only the details they need (for example your name and session time).
• Authorities, where Thai law requires it.

4. Transfers outside Thailand

Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Thailand (for example in the United States or the European Union). We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards, and we transfer data only as permitted by the PDPA (s. 28–29).

5. How long we keep your data

• Booking, payment and accounting records — as long as Thai accounting and tax law requires (generally at least 5 years).
• Identity document copies for rentals — until the rental is closed and any damage or deposit question is settled.
• Contact details and correspondence — while you are our customer and for up to 3 years after your last booking or message, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
• Marketing consent — until you withdraw it.

6. Photos and video at our venue

Sessions and events at Enthusiast Place may be photographed or filmed. If you do not want to appear in our materials, tell our staff before or during the event, or write to us afterwards — we will not publish, or will remove, images in which you can be identified, where reasonably possible.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

• access your personal data and get a copy of it;
• ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• ask us to transfer your data to you or another controller;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including advertising measurement on Meta;
• ask us to delete, destroy or anonymise your data, or to restrict its use, where the law allows;
• withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing before withdrawal);
• lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.

8. Children

Our lessons and sessions are open to minors only with the participation or consent of a parent or guardian. We collect a minor's data (under 20 years) only with the consent of the parent or guardian, as the PDPA requires.

9. Security

We protect your data with access controls (only staff who need the data can see it), encrypted connections and reputable service providers. Payment card data is handled only by Stripe.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on our website with its effective date. If the changes are significant, we will let you know through our website or by message.
